ENVIRONMENTAL

The way we perceive and treat Mother Nature has a direct impact on our society.

PBUK understands and fully supports the need for an eco-friendly business approach. And because of that, we are committed to the production of forest friendly, sustainable printed goods in accordance with environmentally responsible processes and practices. We are currently recycling 80% of our used materials and 60% of our products are fully recyclable. To make you even happier, we don't throw away our ink bottles but we take them back to our supplier for a quick refill. By the end of 2019 we are planning to make big changes and and minimise the amount of produced leftover materials. Other future plans include the use of eco-friendly materials such as cotton paper as well as minimising as much as possible our carbon output.

Achieve gender equality by educating our employees in relation to the situation in our present times. We said no to gender pay gap and harassment. We’re constantly putting in the effort to make work/life balance a priority for our employees.

Decent work and economic growth

One of our fundamental beliefs as a small-sized business, recognises the importance of diversification and technological upgrading through creative constant innovations and approaches. We are part of a community which tries its hardest to help youths and migrant workers in reducing their unemployment rate.

Through informing and spreading the word about it, we aim to reduce inequalities based on income as well as on age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status within the U.K. No employee of ours will ever feel threatened or scared to be their one and true self.

Responsible production & consumption

In order to reduce the negative impact on the environment and the climate, and on people’s health, a changeover to a sustainable consumption and production of products and services is needed. We’re striving to play our part in protecting Mother Earth one small step at the time.
