2. What Data We Collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address.
  • Account data: username, password (hashed), order history.
  • Order data: products ordered, artwork files, customisation options, payment reference.
  • Financial: we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL (via cookies & Google Analytics — see our Cookie Policy).
  • Communications: emails, contact-form submissions, quote requests.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To fulfil and deliver your orders (contractual necessity).
  • To process payments via Stripe / PayPal (contractual necessity).
  • To send order confirmations, status updates and artwork reminders (contractual necessity).
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interest).
  • To send marketing emails if you have opted in (consent — you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • To improve our website and services through analytics (legitimate interest, subject to cookie consent).
  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records).

  • Cloud hosting: our website and data are hosted on secure servers.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

  • Order and financial records: 7 years (HMRC requirement).
  • Account data: retained while your account is active; deleted on request.
  • Marketing consent records: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Artwork files: retained for 12 months after order completion to facilitate reprints, then deleted.

  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances.
