Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

PRiNT BiG UK is a trading name of Print Big UK Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Registered office: Unit B1 Currie House, 80 Wallis Road, London E9 5LN. VAT No. 114 888 787. Email: [email protected]. Phone: 0207 635 0285.

2. Orders

  • By placing an order you are offering to purchase goods on these terms. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order (by email or by commencing production).
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%). See Delivery Information for delivery costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing errors are identified before despatch.

3. Artwork & Files

  • You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications (see our free print-ready file guide).
  • We will check artwork for obvious errors but are not responsible for content, spelling, grammar or design accuracy in customer-supplied files.
  • If artwork requires additional preparation by us, we may charge for the time involved and will notify you before proceeding.
  • You warrant that you have the right to use all content (images, logos, text) in your artwork and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Payment

  • Payment is required before production begins unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe), PayPal and bank transfer.
  • For bank transfers, production will not commence until funds have cleared.

5. Production & Turnaround

  • Turnaround times run from receipt of payment and approved, print-ready artwork.
  • The order cut-off time for same-day and next-day services is 11:00am.
  • We make every effort to meet stated turnaround times but they are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for losses caused by late delivery.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

8. Colour Accuracy

  • Colours may vary slightly between screen display and printed output due to the inherent differences between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print) colour systems.
  • We print to industry-standard colour profiles. Minor colour variation between print runs is normal and does not constitute a defect.
  • If precise colour matching is critical, we recommend requesting a physical proof (additional charges may apply).

9. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.

10. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your artwork and designs. By uploading files you grant us a licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • All content on this website (text, images, branding) is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce it without permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to all orders placed after its “last updated” date.
